One of the reasons my mood really dips are my pain levels & my mobility.
Duh.
Oh & I have bought a new walker thing with a seat. Deep joy.Not.
Just need to work out if I can fit it in the front of the car.
That is for another day, another month.................Beanie it's hard living with pain and mobility difficulties. Both myself and dd know that feeling. I'm lucky to have more good days than bad. DD gets very low at times so distraction methods come in if she hasn't curled up in a misery fest. It's meds drop off tomorrow and I am taking a big bag of wool to her after an urgent call as she's used her stash and wants to bury herself in knitting a shawl or similar. I've spent today searching out all the random wool I can find. When things were very bad she would use adult colourig books, cross stitch all sorts of things to keep the black dog at bay.Your situation is much harder now in the present circumstances with little family real contact. The weather doesn't help either. There's a proven link between weather conditions and flares.I hope you find the walker helpful. With walkng sicks, crutches and wheelchair dd hated them all until she realised they were her aids to getting outside. Hope the physio carries on and you get some benefit from it.Living under the restrictions seemed a bit easier in the good weather and the dark and gloomy days are much harder to get through.now. Sadly things are take each day as it comes at the moment. The sooner they get the vaccines sorted the better and we may be able to turn back towards the light. One thought are you any good at drawing. I'm hopeless but how about trying to draw Miss Summer .Take carepollyxIt is better to light a single candle than to curse the darkness.

Aww Beanie I know the aid isn’t what you want but it’s better than falling and really hurting yourself. Remember what you’ve told me often enough - keep plodding 👏👏
I’m glad your physio went ahead and that you get some relief from it.January spends - £587.586 -

The walkers with seats look really good, I bet they make life a *lot* easier. And as for thinking you're no good at art because you got E at school! Pshaw, woman! That doesn't mean anything! You want to draw, you draw, end of

Use it with attitude.Miss Summer is beautiful. I really miss a cat. They're so snuggly and warm when the weather is dire.Remember when it comes to mobiity aids.
