Had an emmett treatment today which is just fab.
It is a muscle release treatment which seems to work well for me.

Have a good week lovely readers :)

If it works for you, then it works for you, and you don't need to be bothered about who it doesn't work for.

    Hello lovely Z.
    How are you?

Got a wee grant from my ex employer.
So another conservatory window ordered and another wee OP made.
    Even bought some reduced flowers for £1.20. :j :j :j :T
So very lucky and I feel very humbled.
So the window will be completed to celebrate the lovely Karmcat's retirement :).
On my birthday list will be pennies towards another new door.
My lovely mum won't be happy  :rotfl:
