    Hope you managed a soak in the bath and some painkillers to ease your aches and pains.  It sounds scary, especially  falling backwards!  Whatever you were doing let someone else do it  in future please.

    Wilko and B&M do cheap cat toys if you’re out and about. 

    I don’t have a doorbell anymore people have to knock. Could you manage without one?
    I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)

    Wont be out & about again as was out for car last week.
    I cant hear if people just knock on the door because of my hearing loss.

    Will one of your neighbours get you a bell Beanie.  Or can you order one from Am@zn or somewhere like that for delivery?
    Shame about the bath as it does relieve aches.  Not quite the same sitting under the shower, although it must help a bit.  X
