    This is great, beanie! I don't know how far you are from big airports? My niece was telling me about short term lets needed for air crew who're training at Gatwick - 3 months and then they're off. If they're getting you out of a short term hole in your finances, it sounds ideal. Glad you don't need to investigate further though, your new lodger sounds ideal.

    A wee bit too far but a great idea for people who are nearer.
    3 months a a great time as they don't start irritate you unless they are really not your cup of tea!!
