In other news I have a potential lodger coming for a chat on Monday.
The money would be very very handy.
The house is not finished & there is not even a carpet in the room yet.
I am unsure if I am ready for the potential emotional upheavel.
Anyway it is only a chat.
Also I have no real idea how m!ch to ask on the rent front.
