Everything is very emotional right now. In the midst of the horror of all this there is a lot of good stuff happening. Stay strong and hang in there, this too will pass xxI get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)5

Do you feel it's worth the risk of having physio or acupuncture even if it's not as regular, or are you just not comfortable with that thought, presuming it's still on offer? I only mention it because GP's are concerned people who need help aren't going to see them, when they should really be. xx 5 -

Sun Addict is so right when she says there’s a lot of good going on in the mist of the worry and everything else.
