Been lurking ever since the change over to the new forum, but one of my colleagues found this small bit of good news, and I thought that I would share to keep everyone's spirits high (sorry for the bad joke, see article for why.

Yes - school shut from Monday but before the announcement we were all ushered into meetings where the LEA reeled off a list of health conditions and we were very strongly advised that we shouldn’t be there as of tomorrow if they applied to us. It applied to me so I won’t be going in.....January spends - £587.585

Afternoon beanie: I was thinking of you while I was away, I met a lady using an efoldi chair, and it was amazing, she couldn't sing its praises enough. Size of the wheels, size of the battery, the colourways they come in now - I don't know if its still an option for you, and I guess you might want to wait a while anyway with the current emergency, but it looked soo good.

hope Boo to rubbish nights sleep and dodgy muscles. Hope the chair yoga helps today. Is it something you can do at home - I know the social side is important to you but if you could do some of the movements at home it might help.January spends - £587.586

No real relief from todays yoga sadly.
A friend popped in this afternoon & helped me out with some errarnds that were urgent.
