We are open normal hours but a LOT of extra work going on behind the scenes with the hampers & the gifts.
Only good thing is that I am not delivering as I cant lift the boxes when they are full as they are too heavy.

What do you do with the out of date stuff Beanie? In Spain our local foodbank put it clearly labelled on a table and say people can take some if they want to - only tinned obviously, not unfresh.A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort
