Energy switching nightmare.
Yes, I've fallen for it again! I am currently switching gas and electric suppliers through Cheap Energy Club and 2 months into the switch it isn't going well! My new supplier First Utility is almost non contactable! I'm kept waiting in a q for over 40 mins and then the call taker says he cannot handle my query and puts me in another q for a further 40 mins wait! This is the level of Customer Service I'm getting before I've completed the switch? No Thanks! Ah, but try and cancel te switch and I have to go back into the phone q again! ARGGHHHH!!!!!!!!:mad:
