Bought a wii, two weeks ago and thought I'd say a huge well done to my local HMV!
The wii was cheaper there than anywhere else and the service was a hell of a lot better too! Even when I got home and discovered that a new controller didn't work, I knew they would exchange it no probs, which they did.
I love good service and even go as far as to pay extra for it, in this case however, it was cheaper and friendlier!
ETA there a little email to say well done and thanks has now been sent.
