Singed up to British Gas Homecare 200 on 15th October. Still haven't had any paperwork or email with online access, nor has the direct debit been set up.
So, assuming there's some kind of a problem.
Tried to call them this morning, to find out they won't take enquiry calls at all at the moment, and it refers me to the website. The website I have no account details to log into, so I'm a bit stuck.
Does the cooling off period not start until I've had the paperwork, as I'm regretting this decision now?
