    I just attempted to add the receipt details for the Cashback once more. On this occasion it worked fine, and the following messaging came up on screen:

    "This is confirmation that your claim has been received and will now be auto-validated."

    I have also just received a text saying that the Cashback claim has been validated and will be processed for payment :)
