Can partner do a DRO soon after mine?
I have a bit of a problem applying for my DRO, many of my debts were only considered half mine and half my partners. So only 50% have been included in my DRO.
Now my partner cant pay the other 50% either, which is why it was all in MY application form.
Can my partner soon do a DRO including some other debts and these 50% ones, is it OK so soon after my application has gone through.
It will be nice and easy all exactly the same figures as on my application, just some of the debts a little different.

firstly, to clarify, on these joint debts your intermediary listed the full balance?
All that will happen is that your partner will be left solely liable for the full amount of these debts, so yes, they can do a DRO whenever they wish to. they will obviously need to include the full balance of the joint debts too, as well as any other debts that they have.0 -

This sounds just WRONG. A joibnt debt should have been included 100% in your DRO but then at the end of your DRO when your debts are discahrged, it becomes 100% the debt of your partner.
I can't think of a debt where 50% would have been included in your DRO.
I suggest you should go back to the advisor that set up your DRO and ask about your partner's situation as I am worried that something may be falling through the cracks here. Forums aren't always the best place to get debt advice for complicated circumstances.0
