Breathtaking hypocrisy

Norman Baker has resigned from the Home Office saying this:

"the goodwill to work collegiately to take forward rational evidence-based policy has been in somewhat short supply".

Lest we forget this is the very same toad who, when at the DfT, swallowed whole BPA Ltd.'s lies about the number of court cases brought per annum by BPA Ltd. members - a number which BPA Ltd. exaggerated by two orders of magnitude.

And as a result of his hobnobbing with the Bu11sh1t Purveyors Association and Patrick Trouserfire we now have the dismal POFA 2012 Schedule 4 on the statute book, and have seen some 30,000 court cases brought by BPA members since October 2012 when in the previous year there were a few hundred. So the odious Baker has created the very problem he pretended he was going to solve.

"Evidence-based" my a**e. Good riddance to bad rubbish I say.
Je suis Charlie.

When I read the thread title I thought that this was about Ed Milleband campaigning about low paid garment workers in third world countries while wearing a £45 tee shirt made in Mauritius.
You never know how far you can go until you go too far.

Norman Baker (NIMBY) isn't the most popular person around these parts at all - he tried to stop Brighton getting their new football ground a few short years ago. We had to get two-Jags to step in! NIMBY and co (allegedly) issued misleading pictures of a tranquil village pond on the other side of Falmer village, making out that was where the plans for the stadium were focussed on. In fact the stadium is just off a dual carriageway near to the University!

Not really playing fair, Norman - football fans never forget these things. Hate seeing his mug on TV so glad he's stepped down.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
