Notice of correction on an account?

Hi,

When I look at my Barclays current account on my Experian credit report there's a field saying - "Notice of correction: 7-digit number".

Does anyone have a clue about what this is? None of my other credit accounts have the NOC field.

That is a good question and I would like to help.
A 'Notice of Correction' is a note which will enable you to explain circumstances behind a record appearing on your credit report.

Have you contacted us to dispute or query your Barclays current account on your Credit Report? If you have this might be the reason why the is 'Notice of Correction' showing. You can find information regarding 'Notice of Correction' (NOC) here

If you haven't raised a query or disputed this entry on your credit report I am happy to take a look at your Credit Report to establish why the 'Notice of Correction' is only showing as a 7-digit number then please email me the following details name/dob/full address including postal code and I would be more than happy to investigate the matter further for you.
