help regarding purchase

Hi all

I saw a good deal online for some kids tablets, i bought 4 ( one each for my little ones for xmas)

i recieved 3 around 10 days later and also got an email saying sorry for the delay, orders are taking a little longer

that was on the 21st October, it has been almost 2 weeks since then now, the phone number on the site just rings out, and the emails i sent are not being replied to

could someone tell me what i can do now in regards to not recieving it?

How much was each tablet and how did you pay? Has the money for all 4 tablets been taken, or only 3?

I paid by credit card, they were £29.99 each

i have checked my account and 4 lots of £29.99 have taken out
