Notification of local service compliance office interview

Update. The compliance officer was meant to ring this morning between 9 & 9.30 to conduct the interview over the phone. Hubby rang at 10.45 as not heard went straight to voice mail, which he left a message. It's now 2.10pm & still no call, rang again on both numbers listed on the letter & both go to voice mail so he left messages again on both. As I suffer from anxiety & panic attacks & not sleeping last night worrying about the call, I feel sick & totally drained.

Update Rang numbers again on Thursday & Friday(voice mail again). Still no reply. Will try again Monday morning. If still no joy my Assembly Member's Office said they would try and find out for me.

Compliance Officer has at last rang. She apologised for not ringing me & the Case has been now closed:T

It's happening again. Back in June, Somebody again has rang in. This time saying that I'm working(which I haven't for at least the last 10 years)!! At the time of letter I was 3 weeks into recovery from a total hysterectomy. Rang them & they said it would be put on hold & to ring them once consultant has given me all clear. I've now had the at home visit letter(not signed by anybody) but they are coming next Friday(4th Sept).
Will update once visit/interview has taken place.
