Holiday Cancellation Insurance

I am planning an overseas holiday for several family members one of who suffers from a health problem. They occasionally require hospital care and medical observation for this condition.
Is there some insurance company offering a policy whereby I could pay for our flights and accommodation, and if this person suddenly goes into relapse and needs to be admitted to hospital, and therefore can't come with us, I could get their portion of the money reimbursed?
Obviously this is an existing medical condition, and I don't expect such cover to come cheaply, but what are my options?

There are lots of companies that offer insurance for pre-existing medical conditions - just google for it. Got one for my Dad through a price comparison site.0

We always use Insure and Go, my husband has pre existing medical issues. They recently also covered my 70 year old mum and dad who has Parkinsons.0
