Prize details:
Return Economy tickets for a family of four to New York

• The hotel will be a 3* hotel where the family will share one room for 4 nights.
• No room service, spending money or extras will be included.
• The value of the holiday tickets and hotel room cannot exceed £3000
• Tickets must be issued (booked and confirmed) before the 30 March 2015.
• Trip must be taken before November 2015
• Flights are subject to availability and embargoes and blackout periods may apply.
• Travel insurance is required, but is not included in the prize.
• No date changes will be accepted after the booking has been made.
• It is the responsibility of the winner and guests to ensure they have the correct travel documentation to travel.
• The content of the prize may be subject to change and/or substituted with a prize of equal or greater value.
• Transfers are not included.
• If the winner and guests do not meet the required terms of travel the prize will be forfeit.
• Esta will be required: https://esta.cbp.dhs.gov/esta/. Winners are responsible for making sure they are eligible to travel, each country has its own rules regarding passports and visas.
• Winners are responsible for making sure that they have a 10 year passport valid for the entire duration for the trip (please note that some destinations require that your passport is valid for up to 6 months after return to the UK and is machine readable).

7. Only ONE entry per person permitted.
8. The prize draw will open at 2pm GMT Monday 3rd November 2014. To enter you need to complete the online entry form on the at https://www.riverisland.com/styleinsider/competitions/win-with-nativity-3
9. Closing date for entries is 4pm GMT on Wednesday 14th January 2015.
10. The winner will be the first valid entry drawn at random from all of the correct entries received by the closing date.
9. The prize draw will take place by 5.30pm GMT on Wednesday 14th January 2015 and the winner will be notified at this time.
10. The winner must claim their prize by 5.30pm GMT on Wednesday 21st January 2015 Details of how to claim the prize will be provided in the winners notification email which will be sent to the winner via the email address provided on the entry form.
11. In the event the winner fails to claim their prize by 5.30pm GMT on Wednesday 21st January 2015 or is otherwise disqualified from the prize draw, the prize will be withdrawn and the entry will be void.
12. Two attempts to contact the winner will be made after which the prize will be forfeit.
13. River Island is not responsible for the organisation of visas (if applicable), authorisations via ESTA or personal travel insurance in relation to the prize.
14. Responsibility cannot be accepted (and River Island shall not be liable) for lost or delayed entries due to technical faults.
15. No alternative prizes will be awarded. The prize is not transferable in the event of fraud, abuse, and/or an error affecting the proper operation of the prize draw, including the allocation of more prizes than are available.
