Loss of weekly newsletter from Martin

Has anyone else experienced the loss of the weekly newsletter from Martin?.
A few months ago, I had my system changed from windows '98 to XP when I aquired my sons computer. Since then, despite trying to unsubscribe and rejoining, no letter comes.
I've sent am email to webmaster at MSE, but it bounced back.
