Been away for 3 weeks and wondering if there is anything new/interesting in the world of PPC scammers??

    a few POPLA losses on GPEOL when GPEOL is used as a primary defence in a pay and display car park where a ticket wasnt purchased - mostly down to new POPLA assessors, but such things will need looking at in more detail and POPLA may need their hands holding in any challenge with respects to a true GPEOL and other reasons why a £100 charge is not acceptable when a 50p P+D ticket isnt purchased

    Yurp. Proserve took a beating in court over Ransome's appeal, and Michael Green has got into the national press and on't telly with his campaign to reclaim millions of paid fake fines.

  • Also Coupon Mad teased us by saying !!!!!house's mob actually turned up in court but didn't elaborate.
    Meteor lost at POPLA because they failed to prove that they either owned the railway car park or even had landowners consent to scam in their name.
    A poster called CyberBird had a strange fascination with trying to justify the idea that PPCs GPEOL claims could be justified.
    Bantex still tries to claim that black is white.
