First Direct and M & S Switching Bonus

Can you get a switching bonus from First Direct and an M & S Voucher for switching to them as well. They are both owned by HSBC so does that mean you will not qualify for one of them if you apply for both.

M&S Bank is run as a joint venture arrangement between Marks & Spencer and HSBC. Literally the entire M&S Bank staff is ex HSBC staff, and M&S online banking is the First Direct online in green.
