UKPC and the newbie flowchart

Firstly, thanks for all the clear advice on this forum. I see thing shave changed in 2012 so glad I checked!

I've read the stickies and love the flowchart! The flowchart reads "Is the PCN issue by either NCP or a small company such as SIP, JAS of P4Parking?" So mine was issued by UKPC, who seems to be big because they cover lots of carparks that I know in London. Should my answer at this point in the flowchart be yes or no? I believe my answer is No but best to check right!

Thanks!

The answer is no. So off to the appeal in post 1 and send it off.

Ok but flow chart says to wait for the letter first, right? I just had a ticket stuck to my motorbike.

More info, it was an NHS trust carpark at the "NHS key workers" estate that my girlfriend lives at as she's an NHS pharmacy technician. The bike was parked in an area frequently used by motorbikes because it's in an unused safe space that doesn't get in anyone's way.

Wait for the NtK then appeal that. (Assuming you are, or know, the RK of the bike).
