Definitely do the morning run first.
I drive 16 miles in an bour, and if I do M60 I can do 25 in an hour. That is at 7am, any later I am looking at 1,5hrs. Traffic can be very different at different times of a day!!

What an absurd requirement and a waste of time for all concerned: potential employee and employer. You could end up spending nigh on half your income on transport, given costs in this country and no employer would want you on ZHC and minimum wage anyway, if you were that far away and it took you that time to get to work.

It's purely punitive, and an attempt to minimise the unemployment figures, and helps neither employees or employers.
