Help - first letter received saying CCJ!

I have tried reading the other posts but I don't know where to start and I am really upset and stressed.
Received letter today from Parking Eye. Saying I owe £165 and have a CCJ against my name. The first letter I have received and this was for an event last December. The thing is it says it is on a street I haven't heard of and I know where I was that day.
I don't know where to start or what to do. I can't afford to have a CCJ against my name as I am applying for a mortgage soon :-(
If anyone could help me step by step that would be great.

Thought the step by step thread 'Private Parking ticket? NEWBIES please read these FAQs first' was enough? No need for us to repeat the advice already he near the top of the forum. 2nd from top right now; use the Forum Jump to get back to page one and read the stickies.
Also getting a letter from PE saying you 'have a CCJ' is unheard of (THEY DO SUE PEOPLE THOUGH). Are you sure it's not just a LBCCC? Show us the letter (BREAK THE LINK by changing the http to hxxp*) and read the Newbies thread - please.
