    And he's not "doing your appeal", he's getting together enough plaintiffs to launch a class action in the High Court to force PPCs to repay paid parking charges.

    I have been providing assistance, including Lay Representation at Court hearings (current score: won 57, lost 14), to defendants in parking cases for over 5 years. I have an LLB (Hons) degree, and have a Graduate Diploma in Civil Litigation from CILEx.     You have misunderstood what he is proposing. He isn't going to do people's appeals for them, he's proposing to get refunds for people who've already paid. If he succeeds this "industry" will be dead and he will be worth every penny of his 20%. He's got a long, long way to go though.
