Can you advise who the best electricity supplier is for an economy 7 split tariff (4 hours night and 3 hours day) is in North Wales?

We are currently with Scottish Power on a key meter but are looking now to change it to a monthly direct debit payment meter?

Any help will be gratefully received. I'm absolutely useless at finding good deals.
