Parked in disabled bay by mistake UKCPS PCN

Hi all,
As today is the last day for me to lodge an appeal against this CPN I was wondering as the keeper if I have any chance of success.
The driver parked by mistake in a disabled space, the adjacent space was for non disabled and that is where they thought they had parked the car.
They were in the car park for less than 20 minutes as they were only booking a bowling lane. They left the bowling centre at 12:03 pm (time stamp on receipt) and immediately left the car park. The PCN states a time of 12:07pm as the time of issue. This would mean the attendant was running alongside of the car to issue the notice....
The PCN was not attached to the driver side's windscreen, but concealed by the tax disc holder on the passenger side, this resulted in not seeing the notice until the next day!
Do I, as the keeper have any chance of success?
Look forward to a speedy reply :-)
Regards
Moff

UKCPS usually cancels the ticket when they receive a first appeal such as you will find in the Newbies thread.Je suis Charlie.0

Have you received a letter via post from UKCPS (Notice to Keeper)? Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

You can uncross your fingers, its highly likely that your recorded delivery will not be signed for and wont be delivered, this is a well known tactic that can be overcome with a free certificate of postage and letter delivery the normal way. From the Plain Language Commission:
