    I second that suggestion to go to a higher level, the teenagers are probably just replenishers for stock and doubt they have any influence on the price, currys dixons etc is understandable as they worked on a commission basis, maybe try a supervisor/manager

    It is worth asking. They'd rather have a sale and throw in a couple of freebies than no sale at all.

    Just had a thought, have a look in the Baby magazine in TRU there are usually discount vouchers in there

    I'll take the advice of asking for someone a bit higher up to see if I can get a it more for my money.

    And thanks for the tip deanos- I'm a member of their gold baby club already but they only give you one voucher for £30 off any travel system which I had months ago before we were even thinking about buying a buggy and it expired within 30 days!!!!!!

    I'll of course let everyone know how I get on....

    Hi I got my travel system from them I did not have a discount voucher and the girl who was very helpfull gave me a mag which had a voucher in to take to the till to pay and I just paid 1.00 for the mag I cannot remember how much the discount was
