No it's because they consider it pre-existing.
It's a long and complicated episode but I doubt I have much grounds for arguing it with them0 -
Unfortunately insurance will only cover what is included in the small print. If you don't declare pre-existing conditions and specifically get them covered this is likely to invalidate claims.No it's because they consider it pre-existing.

It does seem that fees can be negotiated down. Maybe someone who has done this is Canada can advise on what the starting point should be.0
