I dont think gramofon is anything other than a trading name. Certainly when ordering its fons T&C's you are given/agree to


But it is phone who are registered in the UK yet say spanish law governs the contract.

BT run the UK side of FON, but that site looks like a rip off.

It seems the UK "service" is run from the UK under UK law, other countries have their own service arrangements, but hardware sales originate from Spain and are governed by Spanish law.
