Anyone ever formally complained to the Probation Service?

Sorry I know this is a bit random but I don't want to post on another forum I use where lots of them know me off the web.
Has anyone ever formally complained to the Probation Service? Basically they have messed up and that is what they have openly told me. The thing is, I keep being told someone will contact me but they haven't, and I've got a major important time coming up at work end of Nov.
Just wondered if anyone knew what kind of people I should try to contact? It seems really hard to find details for anyone at the Probation Service and the people I have details for obviously don't seem to be taking this seriously

This came up on a google search, but I am not sure how relevant it is to your situation:

Thanks i will have a better look later. Seems mostly aimed at offender's and their families but I'm the other end of the spectrum.0 -
