Ordered items on line took 3 weeks for delivery had been told delivery within 4-5 days.
Decided to cancell order as the items were poor quality, have received refund of cost of items, but they are refusing to reimburse delivery costs.
Beware this company seem to think they can ignore statutory/ legal rights.
Postage was only £4.99 so not worth small claims court, anyone have any suggestions how I might try and get delivery costs back.

Order cancelled within 14 days cooling off period
Under Consumer Contracts Reg 2013, delivery costs should be reimbursed at standard rate, only exception if customer has selected speedier( more expensive form of delivery ) then standard delivery cost should be refunded.
These new regs replaced distance selling regs which also involved reimbursement of delivery costs if order cancelled within cooling off period.0
