Afternoon all, hate autumn afternoons, 2 hours until it goes dark again
Before I go back to doing something useful some thoughts

I was in Sainsbobs this morning and I tried 2 of my nectar cards both produced till spits for Tu clothing - extra points for £20 and £25 spends and I also wombled a tu one for a petrol coupon.
Seems a bit unusual - 25% clothes sale finished so I imagine clothes sales drop so its an incentive to get a few sales - I imagine there won't be another 25% sale this year.

In Morribobs I had some match points to go on and the girl showed me the screen which said unable to add extra points- but she could not say what the limits were -
I seem to think someone said in the last thread they had found the relevant rule and it was 2 per fortnight ????
If this is then a strict rule it also applies when your due more points have been missed off your receipt or your match points - this could be very annoying.
The girl also said that our other small Morrisons store had rung them, the bigger store to say that they had no facilities for adding points on to cards - no idea why, didn't make any sense.

I think its then a case of marking on the calender the date and your card number 15 days after you last had points added - in my case I think its 2 weeks from Sunday - I've only got 200 match points to go on anyway.
When Ohs proper plastic card shows up I can switch between our two cards. It could get complicated though if everyone in your household has cards and you visit Morribobs most days of the week.

Finally boots - I've got the ap on my phone but I'd not really looked at it until yesterday. The boots points bonus points are now there and you have to activate any bonus offers you want.
The card machine in my small store is now defunct so gone are the days of putting your boots card in the machine and frantically jabbing the button to get loads of slips out.
So on my ap it had buy a make up item get 150 points = £1.50 so I got the clear mascara I needed for £1.99 - first lot of points I've had on my boots card in years.
I also had bonus points for a £25 spend to use.

I have a few RSH loyalty points to use up. No decent store rewards at the mo so I was wondering if anyone had any insight into using the Virgin Wines vouchers please? Can you use more than one on a single order? TIA

The only comment I would make with the Moto E phone is that it takes a micro SIM, as presumably do most newer phones. It wasn't something I had thought of ahead of time and I had to order a new, albeit free, 'dual sized' SIM from Giffgaff and port my number over. Just something to bare in mind if your old phone has a standard SIM and you're thinking, as I did, you can just swap it over.

What about SFSB? I thought his avatar was really him. Is it not then? :o

Does anyone else imagine people as their avatars? I know they are not but I can't help imagining David looks like Victor Meldrew and Tweets really is a cute Tweety bird :D
Bung a cap on him and it's as if they were separated at birth :rotfl:
