That made me laugh too, so you missed her pinching Gino's bottle of wine and dishing it out to her friends.

yes I did:eek:, sounds hilarious shame I missed one the best parts, we didn't arrive til 11.30ish so took a while to find our bearings, last year we stayed overnight with DS as he lives nearby, so was able to get to the show soon after the doors opened which was much better. Don't think we'll go next year even with free tickets- the train journey home was off putting- 2 hour journey took 5 1/2 hours due to horses on the track, our train was cancelled then when we finally caught a train we had to get off further down the line and get a bus to another station before finally getting a train home then 15 min drive, so a very tiring and cold day with all the waiting around tiring day:(

Ok this is odd I already have a £1.75 off £5 spend on finest in my ecoupons showing and I can use that even though I don't have anything finest in my basket. But can't get the cheese one to work.
  • There was a lady in front of me in the queue at Tosco yesterday and she handed over her booklet of CC coupons all still attatched, the SA was very scan happy and just scanned all the coupons, i not sure what they were for but she did comment that the coupons were scanning even though she had not bought the items, so maybe this is what is happening here too?
I am planning a shop at the weekend and going to just hand all mine over and ask the SA to scan all of them and see what happens.

I don't get it,it started off at 25.00,why would it still be 9 if I added another four pounds worth arghhh :o

I've just added the same items again & now it says a guide price of 19.00,it was 25.00 yesterday.

If you had Anchor cheese, yesterday it was going in the basket at £4 but the offer was £2 and you will get charged £2 as the instore price - today it is going in the basket at £2 and you get charged £2 - however, get more cheese and you will now have more cheese for the same price (i.e. free or as near as!) if you have 5 if I recall correctly for the vouchers to work :). A better return may be getting the 2 for £5 T cheese as they will go in at your basket and the voucher will kick in on the original price (not the offer price).

Hmm just realised that the wine discount didn't come off my order. I ordered the same meal deal wine that it worked on Instore but it was subbed with another so that must be why? It's still a meal deal one so that's confusing. I guess the discount is only working on certain ones or maybe even just a rogue one? Interesting......
If anyone else is ordering meal deals and wine, the one that worked for me was finest Navarra Rose. The sub that hasn't worked is Finest Vinas Del Ray Toro Rose HTH

Not complaining, Im more than happy with what I got for my money

And with 3 each of the Anchor. confused.com
  • Managed to do 4 x anchor on my account for home delivery and receive £10 off.

On OH account, 2 x anchor and 2 x tesco mature cheddar to recieve £10 off.

Its strange that 4 lots of anchor cheese wouldn't work for OH.
