Cjj anytime you need to chat I am usually around in the early hours.
New tablets can be frightening but need a month to get into system and sometimes 2 months to start to be effective.
You have been doing very well most of the summer and even been enjoying some evenings out. Once the clocks change we can be hit harder so the mess are hopefully the right thing. If you want to PM me anytime I am happy to tell you what I have tried before getting the perfect balance with ones I researched myself.

Dad is showing no ill effects from his fall but shock (which has in turn bunged him up a it). We feel he can only cope with one visitor at a time and going to try to schedule only one a day. Using his oxygen a lot more now.

I want to shut myself away and hide but I won't. Ideal home on Friday and might then visit him Sunday if recovered. Long day yesterday for me and slept until 4.30pm. Mum even visited and bought me a cuppa but I do not remember.
I have trouble with one small outing a week so understand people who feel they can not leave the house. For me though it is just pain and exhaustion which stops me which can turn in to fear of anticipated exhaustion. Living along side it but be easier If I live nearer dad.

Well finally run out of recordings to watch so will say goodnight.

    Morning everyone :)

TCB has £3 back on chocolate advent calendars and according to the t&c's you can buy more than one to make it up to the £3 :D

'Where there are multiple advent calendars on one receipt 100% cashback will be awarded on all transactions up to the total value of £3. (For example, if there are two advent calendars on one receipt, each with the value of £2 (total of £4) - £3 Cashback will be awarded.)'

Ooh thanks for that :D There's 3000 available according to the T&Cs so I might just nab one on my way to work unless anyone knows where is doing two for £3? I go past Sainbury's Local, Tesco Express and a Co-Op local thing on the way to work. Thanks in advance"

I'm the same - had a nap yesterday so that put my sleeping wonky and it must have been 1am before I dropped off. The rain woke me at two and it's been half an hour here and there since then.

If you know that feeling when you're so tired you feel a bit drunk, that's where I am now :D I am so glad I get the bus to work and don't drive in some mornings! Hopefully I'll get some sleep on the way to work too!

Moomin I grabbed my advent calendars from Ts on Saturday with my shopping, they were 2 for £3 (Bonbon buddies ones)
Dunno if express would have them the same price.
I may have to go buy some more as the website shows the malteasers and mars ones are 2 for £3 too :)
