Oh it's been awful mhoc. I could have honestly cried at the odd sock pile :o I have OH who insists on wearing 2 pairs of socks even though his boots aren't army boots any more and DD who very strangely is layering up with knickers....tights....and another pair of knickers  who knows why? Yes she's wearing 2 pairs of knickers with tights inbetween

Im glad it's bedding tomorrow. that's easy :D

Socks have always been the bane of my life as well. When they were little I used to sew a different coloured thread into socks - everyone had a colour. When they got older I stopped colour threading them.
I had 3 of them all in black socks, I'd wash them but they were supposed to take it in turns to match the socks up and hang them and the underwear onto a special plastic dryer hanger.
It was always the cause of huge arguments between them as no one wanted to do it. If the wet sock pile was not sorted after 2 days it went back into the next dark wash.
They all insisted that the sock and underwear pile was nothing to do with them. OH was still insisting the pile was nothing to do with him even when everyone left home - I am not sure whose underwear and socks I was washing as he was the only one left!
I also insisted they bring their own washing down to the bathroom - so their bedrooms were always a disgusting mess.
Eldest son when he was at college/work often used to have a once a week clear out so I would end up with an entire line of 14 or 15 identical black t shirts  he had an obsession with black t shirts - I think he had about 40 at the last count!

Washing I never minded doing, hated getting things dried, hated bed changing. It's now 18 months since we have an empty nest and it's still a novelty, I can go for days without running the washing machine :T

2 pairs of knickers - one under and one over the tights to keep them up and stop them rolling downwards :)

Ahhhhhhh, memories of my homeland. You can't beat a cup of Ringtons :)
There's no place like home :)

Feeling down? Weak in body? Makes no difference to me, I think of you all when I'm sitting quietly.

Hugs and healing thoughts are always going your way.
