OH had an email today from Dyson to say that they will no longer be supporting our DC04 Dyson - so after the start of December they will no longer support it or supply parts :eek:
(a bit like windows XP becoming defunct)
OK ours is a bit of a dinosaur - 1990s classic designbut it still works fine - originally the purple and lime version, bought before the days of buying stuff online and price comparisons etc.
Like everything in our house it has sentimental value - my mum inherited a bit of money so she gave all of us about £100 each - over 10 years ago ...
Anyway I am trying to book a service before we loose support - Freephone number on their website, on hold now for 20 mins, no one answering the phone ....“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. We also have a DC04, we have the pink and purple oneHad it 14 years and only had to replace the hose, still going strong
What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare0
