    FC ((hugs))
And you know what? It's OK to think of yourself and reflect on how it has hurt you now and again. I was just thanking God during the silence for the sacrifice of others for my freedom but also the freedom of others that still needs to be fought for nowadays. It is so sad what your family (and others) have lost and I hope that your dh will be able to one day move forwards.
I know from other posts that you are normally able to see the positives and get on with your day to day so I hope you are able to do that today.

    Good morning :)

I'm trying to think of a reason to justify buying this  Its so pretty, but will I use it? :D

Once you have the luggage then you have an excuse to stalk the Travelodge and premier Inn websites until you see something you fancy.
Then you can stalk groupon and lvingsocial for good deals on meals and activities

Or you could just store your nice underwear in it :D

No one suggested it :p I tried it because I needed quavers and noticed they were on MSM as being £2 at M. I knew it was risky but Im a rebel like that :rotfl::rotfl:
I put that there in case someone else who needs quavers tried it too, to save them losing 97p on their APG like me.

    Is that ok? :p:p:p

Since when has anyone ever suggested trying to compare a 14 pack (not many at all) of very low g. per pack Quavers vs expensive Morries price of £2?:):rotfl:

I've no idea btw - whether they are or are not that price in M - as way too expensive pricing for me even to think about thinking about let alone consider for a list:rotfl::rotfl:.

Well I'm glad you mentioned the failure FC. It might not be a recommended price to buy at £2 but I also had it as a possibility on an AvM at the weekend. I didn't buy them in the end, but I still had them on my list to try this weekend.
Sorry to SavvyB for considering the possibility :)
    The end is nigh

Who am I kidding that I can work today? :( 99.9% of the time my glass is firmly half full. I am grateful for what I do have and all that......
Today I can't stop looking at the top of the glass :( Im having a rare day of selfish thoughts about what I don't have. I don't want a response just a place to say it where it won't hurt anyone I love.

I want my husband back. Not the re-modelled version that was returned to me. I want all the memories that my children were supposed to have that they won't get. I want the family holidays we were supposed to have, the family days out, the photos where everyone is smiling.
I want to not worry that my children will get married, graduate, christen their own children......and whatever else they do that's important, and always have a parent missing.
I want to just stop sometimes and know that it won't all just fall apart if I do. I want a rest from trying to convince someone who doesn't want to be here, that they have a reason to stay.

You don't have to die to lose your life :(

Thank you for letting me get that off my chest :o Moments like this are rare and thankfully pass quickly.

    big hugs

today is the day for venting and no one will blame you for it, we will share your tears.

You want the OH you had before PDT.

My eldest son was out in Kabul this time last year, 6 months no leave, black ops, during the lead up to the elections so there was a lot of "activity" - you live in constant dread, we never listened to news on the radio or the TV. Once though it the news came on when we were in the car coming back from town, there had been a major incident but he skyped us and all was OK

He flew out on the Friday at the end of September and my Dad died on the Sunday. There was no point in bringing eldest son home so we kept it a secret from him for 6 months until he came back at the end of March.
But he came back unharmed and you count your blessings.
and he has already applied for his 2nd tour so the nightmare will start again

Doesn't matter. "Today" meant Sunday 8th November, when this was posted. Will last on APG though until probably some time this morning (Tuesday) - usually mid-morning it updates:(, but, by now, I wouldn't personally risk it. I'd do shopping vs M offers that expire on Sundays (as most M offers expire on Sundays) up until and including Monday night and check ASAP.

Now this is very interesting (to me at least) I had assumed that msm would have transferred offer valid dates too - but then how would they know the off-offer price

Alright folks - hadn't intended to post all that lot in a row (again:o) but obviously everyone left and I was just replying as and when. I've now caught up (of sorts) (as I've not gone through the entire thread or even the entire of every Elite thread ever posted:D). I'm on my 'in between' day between Morries collections, so I'll try desperately to get some needed shopping done in A later today (just a couple of items, killing an APG, on which they're well cheaper than or non-comparable to everywhere so no comp.) and see you later! Just remember to let me know on Wednesday evening what's glitching then.

    Good night/morning!:)

I've thought of going through them all :rotfl: as only found this place a couple of months ago and same things seem to glitch, what is bubbs beef ?

On hold to Debenhams as the jumper I've been desperate for is 40% off in their one day sale but sold out online

Morning all. Just saw this and thought I'd add, is it possible John Lewis May have it instead? I got an email this morning to say they were price matching, and there's free collection from their stores and from Waitrose if you don't have a JL nearby. Hope you get it one way or another :)
  • has anyone had results from a Dove A v M shop today please?
