Woo hoo! Just got booked for a poppy deinstallation shift. I got rejected first time round as they had too many volunteers but apparently loads of people dropped out. It is weird to be excited? :)

Well done,be careful with mine :D

Result from instore about 3pm today.

Was targetting S even though I knew the birds eye inspirations would be 50p more, after the SA needed supervisor to approve restaurante vouchers I was kinda glad I didn't have multiple shops.

  • Thank you everyone who replied to me :) I feel much better than I did this morning. I am going to take the advice given, thanks :)
I don't want to cause any offence.

I do think that you are being hard on yourself, who states that it is you in the wrong!

But I also think that some work needs to be done with the family before you leave or become ill. x

Some very sterling advice from our David x

I don't know  Sometimes I feel like most of it's my fault then other times I'm sure it's not. I really think that most people would find my 13 year old stepson irritating but unlike me, most people would be able to tolerate him for the sake of the relationship.

I know I think about things too much but I cannot forget his words to his dad a few years ago when his Dad asked why he never gets to spend Christmas with him. He replied "Maybe I don't want to spend Christmas with you". I won't tolerate anyone hurting OH like that and he's hurt him loads over the years. Things have just built up and I get upset about not seeing my own kids that sometimes things get too much for me :(

I am feeling better now though and busy thinking about moneysaving :)

I'm scratching my head and still trying to figure out if I'm the unluckiest person (on the Dr O pizza promo) going.
Bought a hundred pizzas, 160,000 gift cards to be won, am I doing something wrong when I'm entering my codes?
Law of averages obviously doesn't apply to me :rotfl:
I'm still none the wiser on how you find out if you've won a gift card yet :(

I do think you are unlucky x Sorry I may have won yours x
i thought of you whilst in Tosco today, i saw this on the shelf, only £1, someone (think QOC mentioned a no silicone shampoo).

    Hi Peeps,
    A random post from me!!

The Green Mark vodka worked at Morries... 2 bottles ... net price £7 each!!!:j
Also collected the towels from sada..
    2 x bath sheets
    2 x hand towels
    2 x face cloths
    £9.50:j:j:j

Is it sad That I'm putting these away (the towels, not the vodka, until DGD1 leaves home... )she is only 10!!

    Thanks again to OPs

Now that is forward thinking Pippo x

It's all just quite unpleasant - I know I'm not everyone's cup of tea and that's perfectly fine, but I'd really hate to think that people here think I'm the sort of person who makes comments like that (or even thinks like that), I spend a lot of my time here after all[/QUOTE]

You are my cup of tea:):j
