Reply from quidco after asking for clarification of terms
Unfortunately making one large purchase and then lots of very small amounts would be deemed as not using the promotion in good faith. We intended this promotion as a chance for you to get a little something extra alongside your Christmas gifts that you are buying.
As long as members are seen to be using the offer in the spirit it was intended then there shouldn't be an issue with receiving your bonus.
Still none the wiser then!!0 -

They are too old for youth clubs, too young for pubs, so it leaves the cinema/bowling/nandos type eatery which costs a fortune. A few weeks ago he went to his first all night party type thing...I posted about it here at the time as beforehand I had typical "mum"angst....but it seemed ok and he even phoned to be picked up early...well at 1.30...and was none too worse for wear when he got in...
so I guess dating is the next step....
Again I guess we've all been there at some point and in some capacity....but right now I feel a little bit like he has to experience these things.....but he's still my "little boy" and its all part of growing up....
I assume she will be going home after she's had tea...frugal October...£41.82 of £40 food shopping spend for the 2 of us!
2017 toiletries challenge 179 out 145 in ...£18.64 spend0 -
I cant get this to copy and paste but have a look and if you can make the dates then ring or email ASAP.
The Manchester date looks good.
I've been to the morning ones before, just out of curiosity - they don't even give you a pastry

Its a 6 star cruise liner - beyond any of our budgets but its useful to know what you might do if you won the lottery“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. I have just received a rather strange text from my DS1...he who went to the party the other weekend, and now clearly has dare I summise...a girlfriend...
Hi MUM.... can you and dad go out tomorrow evening??. Megan is coming round and I want to cook her tea.
that raises a couple of questions from me...namely...just where has he learnt to cook, why arn't dad and I allowed to sample this cullinary delight...who's shopping for said tea ....will they do the washing up...and who the hell is Megan?????
does she want you to make dinner ready and then all he has to do is put it in the oven and then he can impress the girlfriend?
when our eldest lad had a x box night him and his friends would come around and take over the living room and we would watch TV upstairs in the bedroom and leave them to it - bottle of wine of course.
There is very little by way of entertainment around here so our gang have always had to be inventive. The next town has a Costa and a Neros and you can make a coffee last an hour chatting to your mates and playing with the phone but that's not exactly exciting.
We have a small odeon and a bowling place, very tatty but you cant go there every week, too expensive.
For eating places we have Pizza Hut and an American diner place but those are the only chains.
They also went to the gym, for swims and played badminton - at least we have a selection of council run gyms - again expensive“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Every day will allow you, --will invite you to add something to the pleasure of others, --or to diminish something of their pains.”0
