Well done tweets, Ive been watching your progress & you've done so well.
I have lost a bit more without being on diet, now 25lbs lighter due to hypnosis CD. Last week (half term), had McD's twice, 3 almond crossants, full Chinese takeaway, Indian home cooked & noodles, all not including normal breakfast and lunches, so didn't expect to lose another 1lb!
Fish & chips with mushy peas in Lewisham today, chicken & rice for dinner tonight. Not a diet food in sight :D
The link I gave for the CD a couple of weeks ago from Amazon was wrong :o
My friend ordered and they sent her the CD but with a guy speaking, mine is a woman. When she asked why they said there is 2 in the set and you can't choose which one you get.
She has sent hers back with a complaint, so I'm sorry if I mislead anyone into buying it, I used my link from my Amazon order history without realising they had more than one.

:T:T:T Well done LilacLillie. I wouldn't like to be hypnotised will carry on eating what I do ;)

Just had time now to do review reading

  • I spent £25 of the Adaptil spray for our dog, shouldn't have bothered, she was still walking ound tail down not sure what to do, shaking and panting, in the end she was wrapped up in a blanket eyes and ears covered up. DW can't believe I spent £25 on the dog when I won't spend it on her

Hmm, it is hit and miss if the adaptil helps. I've found the plug in or collars help better but sometimes you ned a combination of things and sometimes nothing helps but battening down the hatches, cranking up the heating and turning up the radio/TV.
I hope thats the worst of it over for you & your poor dog. x

The kids used to go to school with a girl who was gluten intolerant and I remember one year at a birthday party I got her a range of gluten free bread and sausages and other bits so that she wouldnt feel left out when it came to the food...she left all of it preferring to take a small bit of the gluten stuff and when I mentioned it to her mother later I was told that actually the gluten free stuff was horrid and they had taken the option to face a reaction with some foods and only have a small portion of someething nice rather than eat something the girl would not enjoy...that told me!!!

That was really kind of you to go to the effort of buying gluten free food for her? Its not cheap!
I hope this little girl was intolerant rather than having coeliac disease as eating gluten when you should be strictly gluten free is really daft. Coeliac disease is a very serious auto-immune condition and can increase your likelihood of getting certain types of cancer. Nothing in the world would tempt me to eat anything with gluten in, nothing would be worth it!

A lot of gluten free processed food is horrible though. I found a party selection of frozen samosas, bhajis and spring rolls in A's today... 3 of each item (and they were tiny!) £3.80!!! No thanks. Onion bhajis are so easy to make GF anyway, its just stupid supermarkets that add wheat to them!

Gluten free rant over lol! :p:D

Thanks, just got 3 packs of wipes, for £18, but paid in full with beauty card points, and collecting from store to save on postage.
Hopefully will be a nice freebie with it

    You are very welcome.

If anyone else wants to buy some, do it quick. The cheapest items to qualify for free gifts normally sell out within an hour or two. They normally have an Elemis lip balm which is a few quid but looks like they have none in stock.
