Just having a look on MSM at the savvy buys - Spongebob Square Pants pack of 18 plasters 2p in A. Think the Lemsip Mucus Cough Liquid (100ml) and the Nasofed Nasal Spray (15 ml) have already been posted? Anyway they are both 2p too

When I popped into my little ex Netto today I've never seen so many hands on deck moving everything around - all Halloween stuff gone and replaced by loads of Xmas Chocs and biscuits but no signage up. Also doubled their space on the gift sets

Even on the best shopping result I had, A was cheaper but not by 10%. Why would anyone ever do a shop that had a result like that?:eek::rotfl:

So, I'd better remove my Elastoplast plasters (40 pack) from the M list as they are hellishly expensive when seen in this light.

Doubtless all three of these items will be impossible to find in my stores, again!:(:rotfl:

Kipling Hallowe'en Cake Slices were 50p in M on Monday btw (the relevant check day for the APG;)) but... just way too expensive for me! I think I spotted similar items going down to 20p, and then later to 10p, shortly after this time last year (that was in Sains., and then msm doesn't reflect all the instore reductions that you can get). So, leave them off for a moment I think and they will drop even further soon.

Meanwhile...the Kipling Xmas cake slices (they've bought those out now) were 'ridiculous' £1 pricing. Avoid - and buy only after Christmas is over, as they're surely virtually the same or of the same use anyway, and merely the packaging is different. Whether they're labelled Hallowe'en, Easter or Christmas makes no difference to me (as an Asperger maybe:D:cool:) as the products inside are the same (or enough close/same type) and the seasonal packaging is simply a way of charging more. So - be unseasonal:money: and take no notice whatsoever of any seasonal products prior to the season they are mentioning:money::money:.

I'm wondering whether there will be a way to use As 6 for £25 and 3 for £12 offer on the wine to our advantage.

I will look at it again in the morning when price changes are updated and Ts wine offer Ts&Cs are accessible. Might be one to watch out for though.

Yes, like hens teeth savvy, though I did manage to find some of the Colgate toothpaste ages ago but nothing for a while

Again on MSM - Loctite Superglue Universal (3g) 48p in M and 1.50 in A. Not sure this would be picked up in the APG

Strangely enough, I've never found any hen's teeth in A at any time ever either:rotfl::rotfl:.

They just never stock any 2p products in my As at all.
