Cheap energy club, why are savings different from other switch sites?

For example:
Same figures (20,000 kW gas, 5000 kW elec) plugged into MSE club give £107 while moneysupermarket shows £124 saving with the Co-op Fair & Square Dec 2015?
On moneysupermarket I can double check my tariff details (e.g. standing charge per day, elec per kWh etc.), but can't seem to do so on the MSE club?

CEC assumes that at the end of your current fix you will transfer to your current suppliers standard tariff so prices your forward looking year accordingly. Other sites do the same but give you the option to use your current rates.0

Tariff can be checked if you follow through the links .
But no tariff on the front page is a poor show from MSE .
Certainly the method of comparing savings is flawed across all sites as so many look at saving shown not the price structure .0 -

As CEC uses MSM for the source of all comparison data, then it should give the same results
(Exception is, of course, that the MSE special collective tariffs are only available through the CEC, but you don't seem to be referring to them)
Double check you have input exactly the same details into both sites.
No I can't find a way to view the current tariff detail using the CEC either. Perhaps it assumes you can see that from your own bill?
So either use MSM to get the data the CEC uses, or if it's a currently available tariff, it should be in the list of options where you can see the detail
As always, best to refer to at least 2 (truly independent) comparison sites. If you get inconsistent results, keep going until you start to get some consistency0
