OP, combis are sized on your hot water requirements, as even a small combi boiler will be enough for your central heating needs. Nevertheless, I don't know anyone with a combi of less than 28kW, and the water rate through these is hardly mind blowing so I would never entertain a 24kW combi, especially on a house with 2 bathrooms? Or 2 shower rooms in your case?
The engineer should advise on what size you need. But if it aint broke....0 -

Its 1 bathroom and an ensuite. Main bathroom has a shower/bath, and the en-suite has a shower.
We've got a bit of an issue as we need to decide tonight, however the pumps for the showers are so ridiculously loud at the momentCashback
