VOB File To Mp3 File

Is there any free conversion software to convert a VOB file to an Mp3 file so only the audio can be heard so he can then burn to CD? I have tried this http://www.av2mp3.com/faq/convert-vob-to-mp3.htm which works but is only a trial so only converts 1 minute of audio. As there is only one DVD that needs converting he doesn't really want to spend alot of money on something he will only use once.
