We booked a holiday to Disneyworld Florida for next year through Virgin. We booked it a month ago and have paid in full. It included a two night stay at Universal in the middle. We've now today encountered a problem. We have 14 day park tickets, but our hotel stays are in two parts of 7 nights and 5 nights to accommodate the stay at Universal in the middle. When we booked it, we also took advantage of the free dining plan offer. However, apparently Disney have said to Virgin that we can only have the dining plan for one hotel stay as we don't have two lots of park tickets, just one lot that covers both hotel stays. Virgin have said that's not their problem and we need to pay more to get the dining plan for the second stay.
My question is - as we have paid for the package in full and it stated dining plan included with both hotel stays, should we have to pay extra now or should Virgin have to sort it out?

If Virgin confirmed in writing both stays included the dining plan then it sounds like it is Virgin's problem - but could you offer to work with them and have Universal at the end rather than the middle ?I Would Rather Climb A Mountain Than Crawl Into A Hole

Hi, thank you for your reply. We had decided to put that as a solution to them but with their attitude so far, we're worried they're going to class it as a re-booking and charge us if there is any extra to pay.0
