Don't expect to much fairness in life.
Just think of it this way, next time you may accidentally damage your neighbours property. Not necessarily this 1.
It will be their resp to pick up the tab if it was truly an accident, as you have to in this case.
Things tend to average out was the point.I like the thanks button, but ,please, an I agree button.
Will the grammar and spelling police respect I do make grammatical errors, and have carp spelling, no need to remind me.;)
