Hi all, would appreciate some up to date advice:
I received a notice on windscreen after parking in a disabled bay (my only fault was to forget putting the badge on show, I was taking my disabled mother in law to the shops, she has terminal cancer).
It was outside an M&S. I went into the M&S and got a member of staff to sign and write on a piece of paper to say she had seen the disabled badge and she wrote the number of the badge and dated this piece of paper, including her name. She wrote that we had been in the store and at what time. I also have a receipt for coffees at the time and date as well.
I then did not respond to the windscreen charge as I saw on multiple websites to wait for the NtK to arrive. It's now here. What should be my next move please.
