CCJ 4 months to go!!! what happens next?

Hi,

I have a CCJ which is 68 months old, currently 4 months away from the 6 year clear

My question is as I am looking at moving house next year is can creditors still see the past CCJ and am I doomed for life with high interest rates and shoddy lenders?

Thanks in advance

When it's gone it's gone however if your mortgage lender asks you if you've EVER had a CCJ, you have to answer truthfully.

Also, depends on if you have any late payments, arrangement to pay markers or defaults on your file.
